Preston has been a musician for over 20 years and has had a heart for empowering artists and creatives. His passion for seeing excellence happen for creatives has prompted him to start Equilibria. Preston desires to be a trusted voice in the music industry.
Aaron Matthew
General Manager
Aaron is the founder and creator of Dangerfox. Some of the world's most premier console desks. He also has been a drummer for nearly 30 years and has toured with numerous bands and artists for nearly 20 years. He brings stability and wisdom to Equilibria.
Chad Johnson
Advisor/A&R
Chad is a legendary A&R, with a career spanning for over 20 years. Chad worked as A&R at EMI, Tooth & Nail, and was the founder Come & Live. He found and signed bands such as Underoath, Anberlin, As Cities Burn, The Ember Days, and many more. He brings many years of expertise and trust in the industry. We are honored to be working with him.
John McGovern
CTO
John is our resident polymath/Renaissance Man. He can do it all. He is the reason things get executed. All things tech and business go through him.
